Simstore - Virtual store research

In 2003, we began the development of Simstore, our software for conducting virtual shopper research. We identified an increasing need for understanding shopper dynamics at the point of purchase in the FMCG industry.

Traditional research methods often focus on capturing conscious attitudes and stated behavior. However, most decisions are made emotionally – not rationally. That is why we prefer to focus on measuring behavior and changes to that behavior at point of sale. We consider our software, Simstore, to be unique as it is the result of cross competencies within research methodology, gaming technology and category management.

Simstore enables our clients to understand and predict shopping behavior. In short, why consumers buy what they buy. In this way, we can offer our clients an effective way to win at point of purchase: the methodology is proven, fast and affordable.
