We started in 2003 – as one of the first agencies in the world – with the development of Simstore, a propriety software for conducting virtual shopper research. Simstore is a unique cloud-based solution that enables effective analysis of shoppers’ behaviour for various market research purposes.
Through combining GfK’s behavioural data with Simstore, we can provide a more complete view of the shopper globally, driving clearer insight to optimize the shelf, the channels and the shopping experience.
Our international virtual shopper research team comprises professionals with expertise in the areas of psychology, brand management, statistics and research methodology, shopper marketing, graphical visualization and category management. We never settle for the insights and methods of yesterday. Instead, our team is committed to find out more about the factors underlying everyday decisions to gain a clearer understanding of the complexity of decision-making.
